Where in the world are the Mosses?

We went to a Christian family conference (I posted about it separately) in San Antonio,TX.

Pictures are below:

The Alamo was very interesting (and very sunny, too, from the picture!) A nice home school family took a picture of our whole family, but it's on Delie's camera, so we can't put it on the blog.

It's hard to believe we've visited two scenes of American patriotism already in my life time (this and Valley Forge). Someday, if I marry, I want to bring my children to the Alamo.

William had his first ice cream (chocolate and strawberry) at Haagen Dazz. We rarely go out for ice cream, so this was a real treat. Thank you, Mommy and Daddy!

We took a couple of walks on the River Walk. Sunday afternoon, it was not crowded and we were able to enjoy the beautiful scenery (which we were not able to do Saturday night because of the crowded sidewalks).

We did a lot of walking in the cave. They said it was the equivalent of 18 stories! Thomas walked the whole thing with his crocs on the wrong feet (I think he was the one who put them on!) We did make him hold a hand, because some of the surfaces were steep and wet. We also drank some cave water. It was good, but didn't taste any different.

We haven't really taken a trip like this since Samuel was a baby. We all really enjoyed it, and can't wait to do it again!

This a rather over due post because the conference was July 8. We've been busy.
